Every trip to Yosemite for the last 20 years ended with a stop at the last turnout along the Merced River. This location has a dramatic view of the Yosemite Valley looking east. None of the stops at this turnout through the years were fruitful except this particular year. It was an April spring day, The air was crystal clear and the sunlight from the mid afternoon west was perfect!
