MISSIONS AND LIGHTHOUSES

Nostalgia: a sentimental longing or wistful affection for the past, typically for a period or place with happy personal associations. When I see an old barn, I think back to the day when I was 6. My grandfather took me to his small wheat farm in Kansas to help push hay bales of the back of the pickup to feed the cattle. He then took me to the the old barn that had a rope swing with an old tire for sitting while swinging. That barn is long gone, but I will never forget that day
